We decided to escape to the beach this weekend to try and relax. It was a quick trip, but we crammed a lot of fun into the few hours we had before driving home. Friday was nice and warm, Saturday cloudy with a little rain, but still very nice. It was cool watching the pelicans dive for fish. They were huge!

Cool! How far of a drive was that? Btw, Charlotte is about 8 hrs from da Boro I believe. Milwaukee is about 10 hrs. Hmm....
We are about 3 hours from the beach and 2 hours from the mountains. I think we are situated quite nicely!
